Chuck received his real estate license in 1995. He works with buyers, sellers, & investors. His area of expertise is from Evanston thru South Loop and as far west as Bucktown/Wicker Park. Chuck has considerable experience in several parts of the real estate industry. He has personally undertaken several large rehab & new construction projects. Additionally, he owns several rental properties. The thoughtful, caring, and hard-working approach Chuck brings to his clients generates a large amount of referrals for him.

Chuck is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign. He is originally from Lincolnwood, Illinois. Chuck is interested in renewable energy. He has solar panels on his house and he drives a gas/electric hybrid, the Toyota Prius. He is also interested in energy efficient homes. He believes that new construction homes can be considerably more efficient and environmentally friendly. He is in the planning stages of designing a truly energy efficient home for his family which encompasses renewable energy, radiant floor heat, and a green roof.

Chuck lives in Chicago’s Graceland West neighborhood, along with his wife, Hazel, and his daughter, Violet.
